Live in today is not that easy, just imagine the school started to pk 07.00 am, meaning a student or students leave home 1-2 hours earlier. This happens in all big cities in
world. Activities on the road from home to school or to the office and vice versa requires long hours due to traffic congestion especially when hot or humid air. As a result, when I got home in a very tired, especially if you have to prepare for an exam or a job for the next day. This situation goes from day to day.
In an effort to avoid excessive fatigue which can be detrimental to health is needed in a way that can be done by everyone. Try to keep the health and fitness is a lot of rethinking every day in addition to eating, drinking and learning or
work.

Healthy according to World Health Organization (WHO) is when a person is suffering from an illness whether physical, psychological or social, and still productive. Fitness is the body able to perform daily activities without feeling tired and still be able to perform other activities such as sports or recreation. A person does not fit when the person is not suffering from a disease but feel tired while performing everyday activities such as climbing stairs.
Health problems can be caused partly by the environment such as infectious disease, overeating or eating unhealthy foods, less active, less rest, and stress. Indonesia is now not only face the problem of infectious diseases, degenerative diseases but also is a disease mainly caused by unhealthy diet, lack of exercise and unhealthy living habits.
Some things that should be strived for health and well preserved body, namely:
Get used to think, to try and lead a healthy life as a teenager
Choose and consumption of healthy foods and not excessive, and drink enough fluids, especially when the heat or the activity is quite dense and heavy sweating so much.
When sweating a lot, which is lost and must be replaced not only water but also electrolytes contained in body fluids. Drink beverages that also contain water and electrolytes in sufficient quantities and in balance.
Live an active, try exercising correctly, properly and regularly
Enough rest and sleep
Live a relaxed, try to rest or relax on a regular basis
Avoid stress, lots of socializing
